We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative & Corporate Services Assistant to provide essential support to our managers and clients. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and corporate compliance tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain company registers for clients and file statutory returns with the Companies Registration Office.
* Preparation of meeting materials.
* Manage incoming calls and respond promptly to ad hoc requests.
* Conduct research and support special projects as assigned.
* Maintain accurate and consistent contact records and develop efficient information retrieval systems.
* Manage and maintain due diligence files for clients.
* Oversee general office administration, including post, couriers, archiving, and filing.
* Provide assistance to colleagues and contribute to team projects.
* Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.
