Customer Assistant - Cork Street (Early Morning Shift)
Overview
From our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops at Lidl. Customer obsessed, high energy and love learning every day? If that sounds like you, you can earn €450+ per week on our standard 30 hour contract. You’ll work across different shift times, on varied tasks and with different colleagues.
Note: To work in our store, you must be 18 or over as the role requires selling alcohol.
* Morning shift: 5am or 6am start to stock shop floor products and bakery items before opening.
* Middle shift: mid-morning to early afternoon, ensure store presentation, keep products fresh, assist customers, and operate tills to minimise queues.
* Late shift: afternoon start to deliver a top-class customer experience, service on tills, restock missing items, and prepare the store for the next day.
What You6ll Do
* Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
* Follow stock loss controls in all store areas
* Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Follow freshness and rotation principles
* Ensure waste is managed correctly
* Assist in the stock count process
What You6ll Need

* Responsible and reliable

* Preferably previous experience in a customer-facing role, but not essential if you have the right attitude

Yearly Pay Details
* Year 1: Basic Rate €15.10; Unsocial €18.88; Overtime €22.65; Bank Holiday €30.20
* Year 2: Basic Rate €15.70; Unsocial €19.63; Overtime €23.55; Bank Holiday €31.40
* Year 3: Basic Rate €16.40; Unsocial €20.50; Overtime €24.60; Bank Holiday €32.80
* Year 4: Basic Rate €17.40; Unsocial €21.75; Overtime €26.10; Bank Holiday €34.80
