Key Responsibilities
* Lead enterprise Finance transformation initiatives
* Partner with Finance leadership, FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams
* Own program plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery reporting
* Support Oracle EPM and Finance systems initiatives
* Align Agile delivery teams with Finance leadership expectations
* Provide executive reporting, risk management, and delivery forecasts
* Use
Jira JWM and Clarity
for governance and execution
* Support local leadership as the Dublin office scales
Required Qualifications
* 5-7+ years Project/Program Management or Business Analyst experience
* Strong Finance, FP&A, or enterprise transformation background
* Experience managing project plans, deliverable timelines, and financial tracking
* Executive stakeholder engagement experience
* Hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery experience
* Budget ownership and financial reporting experience
