Your role:
We are looking for our next Juniorpliance Executive to join our team in Dublin
As our new Juniorpliance Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head ofpliance Ireland and the wider Dublinpliance team. You'll gain hands-on experience across a broad range ofpliance activities, helping to ensure that Invesco Investment Management Limited and the Irish funds we manage meet the highest regulatory standards.
Your key responsibilities:
9. Support the Head ofpliance Ireland and the Dublinpliance team in day-to-day activities.
10. Assist in preparing regularpliance reports for management and the Board, and help with regulatory reporting.
11. Maintain the Errors Log, working with internal and external stakeholders to keep it up to date.
12. Review monthly reports from service providers andplete report trackers and checklists.
13. Attend meetings with service providers and internal teams, preparing and circulating meeting notes.
14. Review and reconcile investment and borrowing breaches logs.
15. Act as the IIML Administrator for the Central Bank's online portal-manage user permissions and resolve queries.
16. Respond to internalpliance queries and help tailor solutions to business needs.
17. Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar and coordinate timely submissions.
18. Update and maintainpliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices.
You'll need to have:
19. Some experience in the Funds Industry, preferably in a managementpany
20. Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience
21. Basic understanding of the general regulatory environment for funds and asset managers in Ireland
22. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
23. Strongmunication skills including written/oral
24. Eagerness to learn and grow as both the business and the regulatory landscape evolve
25. High attention to detail and accuracy
26. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
27. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
28. Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude
