We are delighted to partner with a fast-growing private business in the South-East who are looking for a Finance & Transport Administrator to join their team. This is a key role supporting both the accounting and transport functions of the business, providing an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop their career in finance and administration.

What You'll Do
Finance Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
* Manage weekly and monthly supplier payment runs
* Handle supplier queries relating to invoicing and payments
* Post bank payments to the purchase ledger daily
* Support monthly supplier account reconciliations
* Perform general data entry and administrative tasks
Transport Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule deliveries and collections
* Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations
* Resolve customer delivery queries promptly
* Assist with route planning and vehicle allocation when needed
Who We're Looking For
* Some experience with accounting systems (Sage is a plus)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in MS Office
