2–4 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying or Project Management role within residential construction.
*
Strong local experience across Meath, Dublin, and/or Kildare is essential.
*
Exposure to housing developments, ideally mid-to-large scale schemes.
*
Commercially aware with strong organisational and communication skills.
*
Comfortable operating across both site and office environments.
*
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
