About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organisation. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our business and driving internal growth strategy.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating compelling job adverts to interviewing and onboarding. They will also be a key voice in promoting our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for internal hires, including trainee consultants and operations staff
* Crafting engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent
* Sourcing candidates via headhunting, job boards, and other platforms
* Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
* Delivering detailed hiring updates and insights to senior management
Requirements
We are looking for an exceptional individual with prior recruitment experience (either in-house or agency). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organised.
The successful candidate will be comfortable using a range of sourcing tools and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
