We are 100% employee owned so work together to make our company successful.ResponsibilitiesAs a Structural Graduate, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:Structural design mainly in concrete and steel to various design codesStructural analysis using proprietary softwareCommunicating design information using calculations, sketches and marked-up drawingsWorking as a part of a multi discipline design team on structural design of buildings and structures to arrive at coordinated, optimal and efficient solutionsQualificationsA degree/masters in structural or civil engineering with specialism in structures (Level 8/9)Good understanding of structural principals, ability to use design software, and design using codesGood communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work on own initiative and in a team environmentAbility to produce accurate work to agreed time schedulesStrong work ethicWhat are we offering?An exciting and meaningful career path, working on innovative, challenging projects and learning from industry experts as part of PM Group's world leading multi-discipline team.
