Lead Disability Services
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our disability services, providing strategic leadership and driving organisational development in line with board and senior management direction. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading change initiatives and national improvement plans, with experience of managing performance, budgets, and KPIs across all operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and drive organisational development in line with board and senior management direction.
* Lead the implementation of change initiatives and national improvement plans.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of person-centred service delivery.
* Promote a shared organisational vision and values grounded in best practices and person-centred care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a master's degree relevant to this role: social care, social work, management or related.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong team management experience, including rotas and on-call responsibilities.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management position within health or social care.
* Have a minimum of two years' experience working in the disability sector.
