Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
* Drive engineering solutions for Right First-Time principles and yield improvements.
* Lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma, collaborating with stakeholders.
* Cultivate exceptional customer experience, meeting project commitments.
* Support new product introduction and manage overall equipment performance (OEE).
* Oversee equipment maintenance, validation, and process development.
* Resolve quality issues and support CAPAs, NCs, and audits.
* Develop and manage SOPs and manufacturing standards.
* Manage CAPEX for competitive advantage.
* Uphold high-quality standards for Medical Devices manufacturing.
The ideal candidate should have an Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and statistics is advantageous, as well as familiarity with Minitab software.
