Outbound Slovakian Sales Representative – Ireland (Remote)We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales professionals to join our dynamic team As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be be expected to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets through building a rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities while adhering to quality & compliance metrics.
The role consists of working with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to existing customer leads that are provided daily.
We work with some of the most prestigious and well-known companies in the world and you will be provided with comprehensive sales and product training, as well as mentorship and coaching from management & senior representatives.
Salary: Base €30,432 & up to €38,000 On Target Earnings.
Working hours: 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
Location: Remote.
Job Responsibilities: A competitive spirit and thrive under pressure, always striving for performance Proactive outreach to existing clientele with the aim to upsell new Fin Tech solutions Fully productive role - combination of calls (cold and warm) plus emails Pipeline management of a minimum of 200 managed opportunities and/or up to 1000 automated outreach opportunities Daily and Weekly reporting to Operations Team Leader on pipeline and sales progress Forecasting on sales volumes on a weekly & monthly basis Ecommerce research and self-prospecting may be required Account administration & record keeping Maintaining data hygiene and quality Consultative / Solution Selling approach to calls Assisting clients with the integration of new payment solutions on their websites Adhering to quality & compliance metrics In return, we provide: 3 weeks initial training1:1 support for the first live month from a Performance Specialist Weekly coaching sessions for the first 3 months, moving to bi-weekly thereafter2 months target-free commission payout to allow time to get comfortable in your new role Daily support from team leaders and peers Team calibration and peer-to-peer coaching Learning & Information Libraries to support ongoing development All equipment provided by the company Why join our Results CX team?
