With our sustainable concepts and experience gained from decades of project work, we shape the future of transportation, connect continents, and promote environmental stewardship.We are currently seeking a Senior Security Manager to work with us on a project in Ireland.Responsibilities:Governance and Risk ManagementCoordinate security across construction sites, overseeing patrols and coverageEnsure contractor teams monitor security systems and equipment functionalityAudit security strategies and performanceImplement effective risk management for construction securityAlign emergency planning with Business Continuity and H&S teamsCompliance & RegulationsEnsure full contractor compliance with PSA and HSE guidelinesStay updated on relevant legislation (GDPR, safety, welfare)Conduct risk assessments, review security plans, and oversee emergency proceduresCoordinate with client security, authorities, and contractors for information sharingIncident Management & ReportingDevelop and implement incident and emergency protocols for operationsLead and report on all security-related incidentsInvestigate incidents, maintain records, and recommend actionsProvide timely reports to management and project teamsAnalyze incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrenceTechnology & InfrastructureRecommend security technology and infrastructure upgrades based on riskClient Relations & Stakeholder EngagementRepresent security in planning and auditsBuild relationships with clients, councils, and law enforcementAdvise site managers and project leaders on security and risk mitigationQualifications:Minimum 10 years' experience in the security management with at least 5 years' experience in a security leadership role in large-scale metro rail projectsAt least Higher Certificate degree (or equivalent) in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related fieldProfessional Membership of ASIS, ISRM, Security Institute or IOSHHolding valid training in SSSTSBeing FREC trained for incident responseKnowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 for integrated securityExperience working at a senior level within the framework of major infrastructure projectsEvidence of Continuous Professional Development in the security fieldStrong understanding of Irish/EU site safety, Health & Safety, and related legislationWorking knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and logistics securityAwareness of Business Continuity, infrastructure, and H&S requirements on construction sitesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsFull, clean UK/Irish driving licence and own vehicleBenefits:We're strong believers in continual training and development for our people.
