They are looking for a customer centric, Personal Lines Account Handler who will support their existing customer base. You will be responsible for servicing the renewal book, assisting with claims and adjustments for motor, apartment, and household lines. You will deliver excellent business customer service for the purpose of client retention, and to provide expertise around insurance products and standards.You will have 1-2 years’ experience at least in personal lines, and you must have your APA, (ideally CIP) to be considered.This is a great opportunity if you love servicing clients and want to work in a well-supported environment.
