Client: Leading Multidisciplinary Design & Engineering Consultancy
Essentials: 5 –7+ years' experience with industrial projects; proven track record across client meetings, planning, tender, and construction stages; proficiency with BIM Level 2, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR compliance; ability to mentor junior team members.
Location: Limerick
Salary: €45,000 – €60,000

Our client, a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering high-value industrial and commercial projects nationwide, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Limerick. This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, with the successful candidate expected to lead project delivery across all stages, without reporting into Architects.
* Design & Technical Delivery: Produce and coordinate planning applications, tender/construction drawings, specifications, and BCAR-compliant documentation.
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors; attend client meetings; carry out site inspections and snagging.
* Project Leadership: Independently manage workload and deadlines across industrial, commercial, and select educational projects.
* Team Development: Support and mentor junior Architectural Technologists and graduates within the CSA team.
