Job Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to lead and inspire a team in early years care and education. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that support children's holistic development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, holding Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education. They should also possess leadership capability, empathy, and passion for working with children.
In this role, you will ensure curriculum planning aligns with Aistear and Siolta frameworks while providing mentorship to your team members. You will contribute to creating a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the room and across the centre.

Requirements
* Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education.
* A minimum of one-year experience as an early years leader or manager.
* LINC qualification preferred but not required.
