The Role
As Tax Director, you’ll:
* Lead and grow the Tax Department within the Dublin office
* Manage a challenging and evolving portfolio of clients across diverse industries
* Provide intelligent, creative, and commercially focused tax solutions to client issues
* Write high-quality tax reports and documentation with minimal partner input
* Develop strong client relationships, gaining an in-depth understanding of their businesses
* Contribute to winning new work and cross-selling wider services across the group
* Manage budgets and deadlines while ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction

* CTA qualified with significant experience in a senior tax role
* Technically strong with the ability to identify tax opportunities for clients
* Proven in managing, leading, and developing a professional team
* A confident communicator who thrives on building strong client relationships
* Motivated, proactive, and able to balance commercial awareness with technical expertise
* Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow within a progressive and expanding firm
