Reporting to: Head of Service Centre Operations
Purpose of Role: The IT Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing sales orders, purchase orders and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and an interest in technology sales.
Location: Fixed Hybrid, min of 2 days/week based from our Dublin Park West or Limerick office
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
* Process Purchase and Sales orders accurately and track orders to ensure timely delivery
* Co-ordinate Order processing with suppliers
* Track deliveries and update systems; liaise with suppliers and internal teams to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
* Process credits & returns efficiently.
* Maintain customer records with up-to-date information
* Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
* Support the sales team with general administrative duties as required.
* Attend sales meetings as required.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualification in business administration, IT, or related field is an advantage.
* Previous experience in a sales administration or similar support role, preferably within the IT sector.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
