Job Title: Credit Controller
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team in West Dublin. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer credit limits are current and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
* Pre-approve dispatch of product to customers while verifying order details.
* Liaise with the call centre and contact regional managers to ensure customers clear any overdue balances prior to ordering.
* Maintain accurate records of customer credit limits and domestic reports, unpaid and outstanding.
* Process returns and bank charges, and follow up on banking queries regarding payments.
* Ensure compliance with company credit policy and maintain customer credit limits.
* Perform top 100 customer analysis and prepare bad debt provision/write-off files for reconciliation.
