You will work as part of asmall core team, coordinating with internal specialists, external contractors, and client stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day contract management and performance monitoring activitiesAssist with audits and compliance checks on tunnel systems, motorway traffic control centres, and associated facilitiesCoordinate contract variations, task orders, and lifecycle upgrade worksSupport administration of PPP and NEC3 contracts, including: Progress tracking, Early warnings, Compensation events, Interim valuationsMonitor contractor compliance and identify risks and issues earlyCoordinate multidisciplinary inputs from internal teams and external specialistsAttend and contribute to risk reduction and progress meetingsCarry out site inspections to ensure operational and contractual compliancePrepare reports, correspondence, and client updatesRequirementsLevel 8 Engineering qualification (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical)Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience on infrastructure projectsExperience in contract administration or project coordination rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFull driving licenseDesirable ExperienceExperience in highways, tunnels, or infrastructure O&M environmentsKnowledge of national, regional, and local highway standards, including DMRBFamiliarity with NEC3 and/or PPP contractsExposure to mechanical or electrical systems within infrastructure facilitiesExperience working in multidisciplinary project teams
