Operations & Compliance Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our expanding team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys ensuring a seamless process from customer documentation to installation coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Service Reporting: Monitor and upload service reports following call-outs or maintenance visits.
* Scheduling: Upload and maintain schedules within company systems.
* Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business targets are met.
* Grant Coordination: Manage and process SEAI customer grant applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
* Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the grant and installation process, providing clear communication and excellent support.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to verify survey details and ensure compliance with SEAI standards.
* Installation Coordination: Liaise with electricians and installation teams to ensure all paperwork is completed, filed, and compliant.
About You
* Proven experience in office administration or project coordination (experience in the renewable energy or construction sector is a strong advantage).
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
