Your Purpose: Provide leadership to our leadership team in Ireland.
Collaborating with our Market/Win Work leadership team to generate and source opportunities across our sectors.
Working closely with our Practice Leadership team to drive high levels of staff engagement e.g.
through VoX.

Responsible for resource management including talent attraction, development and progression.
Using client feedback as a tool to identify areas of development and talent management.
Responsible for continual improvement and innovation in our service offering.
Responsible for enhancing our brand reputation in the industry through industry engagement, (e.g., thought leadership, industry events, client round-table sessions).
Responsibility for strengthening relationship professional institutions on behalf of our team.
