About the Opportunity:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel.
* Lead and guide a team, continually improving standards and service levels.
* Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Hotel.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations, ideally within a large property.
* Candidates should have experience managing teams in large Conferences/Wedding/Events properties.
* A minimum of 3 years Operations Management or Deputy GM experience in a large 4* Hotel in Ireland is preferred.
