Your day to day with Richardsons
Coaching and developing our Fulfilment Team to promote and grow our culture of performance excellence
Continually fine tuning our processes and leading towards excellence in pick accuracy, order presentation and customer service standards
Driving improvements and working with the team to implement lean practices
Promoting and demonstrating excellent standards of work and warehouse practices
Prioritise Health & Safety and ensure best practice in line with our ISO certified Food Safety System
Co-ordinating Team rostering
Working Week
5 Days per week over Sunday to Friday
Hours 6pm – 2am
What you bring to the team
Great interpersonal skills and preferably experience in leading and developing a successful team
Competency working with fast-moving inventory, ideally with knowledge of the fresh food or FMCG distribution sector
Preferably previous exposure to Lean Management practices
Positive energy and readiness to contribute to our Team culture
