About the roleThe Office Coordinator is a central point of contact for the Boots Dublin Support Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through exceptional administrative and front-of-house support.This role blends office coordination responsibilities with receptionist duties, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, managing key office operations, and providing administrative assistance to internal teams.With strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, the Office Coordinator helps create an efficient, welcoming, and professional workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver professional reception and front-of-house services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitorsOversee office administration supporting general day to day office operationsProvide administrative support to support office teams and new hiresCoordination & communication between functions and external partnersManage visitor scheduling and meeting room arrangementsAll other duties as reasonably required, which are in line with the general scope and nature of the roleWhat you'll need to havePrevious experience in office coordination, administration, or front desk/reception roles.Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesBe proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in administrative workHave the ability to handle confidential information with discretionProactive, solutions-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
