We are seeking an administrative coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate and organized records, supporting the smooth operation of day-to-day administration.


Key Responsibilities

* Sort, file, archive, and upload office and resident records efficiently
* Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring seamless access to information
* Cover reception duties, greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front-desk queries professionally
* Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, reports, and other documents as needed
* Support management with data entry, scheduling, and day-to-day administration tasks
* Provide flexible assistance to other departments as required, promoting a collaborative work environment


Requirements

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in using software applications to streamline administrative tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
* Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and priorities
