Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
* Meeting and welcoming people to the Centre
* Assisting the drop-in service – providing information, assistance, support and referrals
* Answering telephone, taking messages, checking emails and dealing with queries
* Facilitating internal communications and administrative systems
* Support to local groups: resources, information, networking
* Providing practical and administrative support to the services and projects of the Resource Centre
* Assistance with planning, coordination and PR of events and promotions
* Maintaining appropriate and accessible records, files and databases
* Actively promoting the organisation
* Assisting in the room hire system, responding to requests, handling keys etc
* Maintaining the facilities and premises as a safe and clean working environment and community facility
* Assisting in any other duties as requested
