Overview
Diageo is the world’s leading premium drinks company, with over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries. This three-year Operations Graduate Programme places you at the heart of our global business, offering hands-on experience and tailored learning in production, brewing and distilling environments across the UK and Ireland. You will rotate through multiple roles to gain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing operations and develop leadership skills from the engine room of our business.
What to Expect
Year 1: Introduction & Immersion
* Focus on continuous improvement. Rotate through roles such as Process Improvement Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or Governance Improvement Lead.
Year 2: Deep Dive into Production
* Gain in-depth exposure to a new category while developing problem solving and coaching skills. Possible rotations include Deployment Manager, Digital Manufacturing Lead, Site Governance Specialist.
Year 3: People Management Focus
* Build on foundational knowledge by managing teams against business goals. Roles may include Business Leader, Packaging Team Leader, or Site Operations Manager.

Qualification requirements: You should have or be expecting to obtain an academic degree. We are particularly interested in Operations Management, Business-related degrees, STEM subjects (including Engineering), or Brewing & Distilling, with graduation in 2026 or within the last 2 years. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be mobile and prepared to relocate geographically during the programme.
