IT Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT systems to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Support End-User Equipment and IT Infrastructure: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end-user equipment and IT infrastructure within your building or site.
* Assist with Network Projects: Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and maintain network projects, such as setting up new facilities.
* Propose New Processes: Identify opportunities to improve IT usage in operational sites and propose new processes to enhance efficiency.
* Train and Mentor: Train and mentor IT technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
A Day in the Life
You will be based on-site, traveling to other operational sites as needed to collaborate with remote and on-site colleagues to resolve issues, implement infrastructure projects, and support site launches.

Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A degree in computer science or a related field is required.
* Experience Managing Heterogeneous Networks: Experience managing heterogeneous networks with Windows and Linux is essential.
* Knowledge of Networking Infrastructure: Knowledge of networking infrastructure and vendor collaboration is required.
* Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is necessary.
* Upper Intermediate English and Local Language Proficiency: Upper intermediate English and local language proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux) and experience with diagnostics, problem-solving, and network protocols are preferred.
