As Office Manager you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and support the management team.
Responsibilities: As Office Manager you will support the MD and the management team with day to day administration duties.
Prepare expense reports.
Coordinate advertising and marketing (including LinkedIn).
Organise and prioritise workload to maximise efficiency Assist with onboarding new employees and HR admin (annual leave, sick leave, reviews) Requirements: Level 8/9 Degree 7+ years experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant / Office Administrator in Ireland.
Strong office administration and management experience Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks Have a sense of urgency.
