We are looking for a dynamic, guest-focused leader who will help drive standards, support the bar team, and ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding experience every time they visit.About the RoleAs Assistant Bar Manager, you'll support the Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our busy bar outlets — ensuring smooth service, high-quality presentation, and a positive team environment.You'll take responsibility for supervising staff, managing stock and financial controls, maintaining compliance, and delivering excellent customer care.
