Job Description:
As a seasoned culinary professional, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen. This includes maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, adhering to HACCP regulations, and supporting your fellow kitchen staff in observing proper systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
You will work closely with department managers to ensure seamless kitchen operations and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements:
* Previous experience working within hotels or a similar role
* A genuine interest in food and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
