Job Opportunity:
As a key member of our team, the Manufacturing Process Engineer plays a vital role in driving process improvement initiatives within our regulated MedTech environment.
The primary objective of this position is to spearhead and support material and process change projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, tooling sequences, and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
* Adapt and optimize equipment and machinery designs to meet factory conditions.
* Conduct thorough investigations into equipment performance and initiate corrective actions to resolve operational deficiencies.
* Design and implement statistical process control techniques to monitor and maintain optimal operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, preferably in the medical device industry.
* Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and data analysis tools; experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Green/Black Belt preferred).
