To support the day-to-day operations of the facilities team, ensuring the workplace is safe, well-maintained, and running efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career in facilities or office management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with coordinating maintenance and repairs.
* Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of office spaces.
* Report and follow up on facility-related issues.
* Maintain records of maintenance schedules and service reports.
* Process purchase orders and invoices.
* Support reception duties when needed.
* Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Participate in safety checks and audits.
* Communicate with service providers for routine tasks.
* Schedule appointments and follow up on service delivery.
* Support the planning and coordination of new branch refurbishments and signage installations.
* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure design elements align with corporate identity guidelines.
* Help source furnishings, signage, and materials that meet brand standards.
* Maintain documentation and visuals related to design specifications and approvals.
* Participate in site visits and provide feedback on layout and branding consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education or experience in facilities management preferred.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Interest in facilities, property, or office management.
