Alongside our established offerings, we have recently expanded with the R&R Brasserie and R&R Garden Spa, providing high-quality dining and guest experiences. We are now seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porters and Kitchen Hands to join our busy kitchen team.Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Porter Duties:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.Operate and maintain dishwashing machines.Keep food preparation areas clean and organised.Dispose of waste properly and safely.Assist with basic food preparation when required.Support chefs and kitchen staff with any ad-hoc duties.Kitchen Hand Duties:Assist chefs with food preparation, peeling, chopping, and portioning.Ensure ingredients are prepared, stored, and rotated correctly.Maintain cleanliness and order in the food prep areas.Assist with plating and presentation during busy service periods.Ensure health & safety and HACCP standards are followed at all times.Support the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.RequirementsPrevious experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not essential (training provided).Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.What We OfferCompetitive pay rates.Training and development opportunities.Staff meals on duty.Career progression within a growing hospitality group.A friendly and supportive team environment.Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekLanguage:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
