As part of a dynamic digital solutions team, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, shaping digital solutions, and supporting the delivery of innovative customer and business-focused projects. Key Responsibilities

Identify and articulate business needs, helping to define clear and actionable objectives for change.
*
Facilitate workshops and engage with key stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
*
Work closely with both business and IT teams to design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
*
Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, wireframes, process flows, and business cases.
*
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
*
Contribute to post-implementation activities, including training and user support.
*
Support wider digital initiatives including SEO, digital marketing, and social media integration efforts.
What You’ll Bring
*
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role within financial services.
*
Strong knowledge of digital platforms and experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
*
Skilled in tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a proven ability to produce high-quality documentation.
*
Experience conducting end-user research, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting solution delivery.
*
Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
*
Familiarity with policy admin systems and SQL is a plus.
