Senior IT Support Engineer (Permanent)
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join either our Professional Services or Escalation teams. The role will ensure timely delivery of support and services to clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage technical infrastructure for all client hardware, including servers, computers, laptops.
* Maintain MS 365, virtual environments, switches, routers, firewalls and mobile devices.
* Provide escalated support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
* Assist with planning and execution of site visits, requiring a full driving licence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3rd level education or equivalent in IT / Computer Science.
* Experience within IT sector in similar infrastructure‑related, customer‑orientated roles.
* Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policy.
* Experience with MS Office 365.
* Background with firewalls, routers, switches and remote access servers.
* Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Team player with strong initiative.
* Full driving licence required for site visits.
* Azure experience or certification is highly advantageous.
Permanent role; laptop and mobile phone provided. Must be based in Ireland and possess a driving licence.
