Job Role:
* The Contracts Manager is responsible for ensuring full coordination of all aspects of the contract to meet client expectations.

• Develop and manage the contract programme during tender stage.
• Instruct QS on major preliminary expenditure including plant accommodation temporary works site logistics health safety considerations attendance design team progress meetings provide updates technical input lead project programmes method statements contractual submissions review buildability explore commercial programme improvements timely correspondence notice documentation site presentation protect sisk’s position implement maintain Project Execution Plan drive achievement practical completion ensure proactive issue resolution onsite subcontractor selection progress meetings pre-order meetings performance monitoring approve expenditure appointments reports financial control measures defect management instruct loss expense applications support Final Account preparations oversee commissioning handover aftercare services continuous improvement lessons learned conduct Performance Development Plans with direct reports.
