The candidate must have excellent Employee Relations Experience.
The HR BP will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's HR strategies align with business objectives, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring all HR processes are legally compliant and aligned with best practices.
HR BP will lead HR initiatives, provide coaching, and contribute to the ongoing development of HR policies and processes.
The HR BP will be working within and promoting the Company Values – Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed.
