Professional Services Software Implementor (Payroll)
As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of new payroll systems for clients. Your responsibilities will include delivering expert consultancy, configuring technical settings, and providing user training to ensure successful adoption. You will guide organisations through every stage of their payroll journey, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and ensuring compliance with local regulations and seamless system integration. In addition to new implementations, you will also provide ongoing support for existing customers' payroll systems, addressing configuration adjustments and offering training as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in payroll/HR implementation or payroll/HR systems consulting.
* Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in payroll systems and related technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients at all levels.
* Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with various payroll software systems.
* Technical knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
* Familiarity with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems integration.
