Support Worker Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in an intellectual disability residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young adults aged 18 to 25 and possess excellent communication skills.
The role involves providing support and care to service users, enabling them to reach their full potential. This is a temporary agency position offering attractive benefits and opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities:
* Support service users with daily living activities
* Encourage independence and self-advocacy
* Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families
Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 in healthcare or childcare
* A legal right to work in Ireland without restriction
* A full driver's license
* Relevant work experience (desired)

Additional Information:
We will provide additional training and require you to undergo Garda vetting and international police clearance if you have lived outside of Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16.
