About the Role
We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join our property team. The ideal candidate will have gained experience in property law during their training contract and be able to manage commercial and private client conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Duties
1. Title checks, raising queries, drafting contracts
2. Performing against key performance indicators (KPIs)and billing targets
3. Casemanagement: monitoring case key dates ensuring transactions proceed smoothly efficiently Strong organisational prioritisation multitasking skills essential ability to manage busy caseload while maintaining attention detail strong client focus ,
