Job Description:
The role will involve reporting to the Senior Project Manager and taking ownership of site activities on one or a number of projects. These will include but will not be limited to site set-out, construction supervision, management of subcontractors, managing safety - chairing toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings, managing the storage and flow of materials, regular inspections of construction/installation, snagging and final oversee of validation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manages day-to-day site aspects of a project.
* Liaising with client and Senior Project Manager
* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Limited Purchasing
* Management of subcontractors where required
* Identifies "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
* Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
* Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
* Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
* Sets and manages client expectations.
* Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
* Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
* Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

Education and Experience:
* The basic education required for the job is a 3rd level certificate or trade in a relevant field.
* Experience of clean-build for hygienic environments.
* He or she should have required past working experience in the field of construction management or supervision.
