JOB TITLE: Chef de Partie Purpose of job: To meet the requirements of customers and residents and to service and clean the public areas of the hotel. Responsible to: Head Chef Key Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals Be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting their culinary dishes Ensure that food presentation is innovative, and at the required temperature with temperatures recorded on the appropriate charts Ensure that any Food Safety/Quality records assigned to you are being carried out on a daily basis within the kitchen and related areas, without exception Reporting to Head Chef Essential Criteria Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar standard hotel. Available to work 39 hours per week Fluent English Excellent communication skills Full-time work permit HACCP knowledge Skills: Culinary CDP Fluent in English
