Health Safety Lead We are seeking an experienced Health Safety Lead to join our team. This role is based in Amsterdam and involves working on a large data centre project for one of Europe's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors. About the Role The successful candidate will report to the Regional Health & Safety Manager and the Project Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company safety management systems, EHS laws, and project execution plans. Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage task-specific method statements, risk assessments, permits, and safety interventions * Maintain good safety practices through regular site audits * Oversight staff induction training ensure subcontractors adhere to EHS policies Manage project PPE welfare hygiene facilities ensuring they meet requirements Assist with accident investigations keep Safe File documentation up-to-date Participate daily briefings maintain waste reduction recycling programs according project policies Skills Requirements * 6+ years experience similar role required A relevant Health & Safety qualification Team player build maintain relationships both internal external clients Flexible change open constructive feedback Strong written verbal communication skills Organisational interpersonal IT Skills Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat Pro Benefits 1.
