What You'll Do:
Provide Leadership & Clinical Supervision - Support the nursing team in delivering outstanding care.
Promote High Standards - Ensure a person-centred approach in all aspects of resident care.
Encourage Independence & Well-Being - Support residents to live fulfilling lives.
Support Compliance & Best Practices - Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory adherence.
Develop & Mentor Staff - Foster professional growth within your team.
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse with An Bord Altranais and an active PIN.
Minimum 6 years’ post-registration nursing experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a management capacity (desirable).
Passionate about gerontology and dementia care.
Strong clinical competence and leadership skills.
Nursing Home experience desirable.
