Job Description:
Our client based in Kildare is currently recruiting a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to work on site in their Pharma Company. This is a part-time permanent position with excellent benefits.

Requirements:
1. A recognised qualification in Occupational Health is essential for this role.
2. Registered General Nurse with a valid NMBI registration.
3. Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, empathy, and listening skills.
4. Strong organisational and planning skills including time management with a proven track record of prioritizing key tasks and delivering to a high professional standard.
5. Strong team member with proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
6. Minimum of 2 years plus of experience in occupational health nursing.
Occupational Health Nurse Duties:
1. Case management triage for all HR referrals, with OHN initial assessment and booking into OP diary. OP visits half day per week.
2. Health surveillance – 2 yearly recalls.
3. Vision assessment – annually.
4. Work-related injury follow-up.
5. First aiders manage onsite treatment; OHN supports only when requested by FA.
6. Flu clinics annually.
7. Nurse does all their own admin for all appointments.
