Important note : Experience with
Life & Pensions / Life Insurance
industry/ domain is essential.
High-Level Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions within the financial services industry.
* Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams.
* Contribute solution design expertise, particularly in the context of system migrations.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum
10 years' experience
designing technology solutions and leading technical teams in the financial services sector.
* Exposure to the
Life & Pensions / Life Insurance
industry is essential.
* Experience with
midrange and/or mainframe platforms
.
* Proven track record in
migration projects
(policy and customer data migration, ideally in a Life Insurance context).
