An established and growing residential agency in Limerick city centre is seeking a
Residential Property Agent
to join the team in a newly developed position combining
portfolio management, lettings coordination, inspections, and compliance oversight
.
This is a hands-on role suited to an organised professional who enjoys ownership and structure, and who can confidently manage responsibilities as the business continues to grow. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a residential portfolio while supporting future expansion into sales activity.
The position blends
office-based coordination with regular on-site property visits
and offers genuine long-term progression within a standards-driven agency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a residential portfolio
* Act as primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Oversee leases, renewals, RTB registrations, rent reviews, and changeovers
* Conduct rental and sales property viewings
* Carry out routine property inspections
* Ensure compliance with PSRA requirements and Irish tenancy legislation
* Coordinate maintenance works and external contractors
* Maintain accurate property records using
Letman's system

Candidate Requirements
* 3-5+ years' experience in residential property management or agency
* Experience managing a property portfolio independently
* Strong knowledge of Irish tenancy legislation and RTB processes
* Comfortable handling escalations, compliance matters, and arrears
* Highly organised with a structured, systems-driven approach
* Comfortable balancing office administration with on-site activity
* Full driver's licence required
