Our not-for-profit client based in West Dublin is actively seeking a HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support all HR activities across the organisation.
A full Irish driver's licence is required. This role is fully onsite for the first six months (probation period). After that, it will transition to a hybrid model: three days onsite and two days wfh.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Involvement in recruitment activities such as posting job adverts, setting up interviews and liaising with candidates and relevant line managers
2. Manage the on-boarding process of new starts, including issuing contracts of employment
3. Maintenance of accurate staff files
4. Reporting data in relation to recruitment, finances and other matters
5. Deal with daily queries in relation to holiday requests and any other colleague needs
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
6. 3+ years' HR Administration experience
7. Clean Driving License with access to own vehicle
8. HR qualification
9. General knowledge of best practices in relation to HR
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Strong attention to detail and a desire to operate at the highest standards
12. Excellent customer service skills
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
