Job Summary:

This critical role provides operational and analytical support to the Evidence Optimization and Managed Access Team within the Regional Medical Affairs function. You will play a key role in designing and executing a knowledge-sharing strategy to enhance distance learning, information dissemination, and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate communications with healthcare professionals via internal systems
- Manage data reporting and dashboard updates, ensuring accuracy and timely circulation
- Streamline MAP processes for consistent, high-quality responses
- Assist with other MAP-related activities as needed
- Oversee and optimize reporting on study status to key audiences
- Maintain and manage RWE trackers for EUR/INT-led studies
- Support the RWE lead in additional project-related tasks
- Conduct learning needs assessments and contribute to strategic e-learning development for Medical Affairs
- Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to develop and manage digital learning resources
- Deliver training and guidance to enhance engagement with learning tools and platforms
- Track platform performance and usage data to drive continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices into Medical Affairs learning and knowledge strategies

Essential Requirements:

- Advanced degree in Science or Medicine – PhD, PharmD or MD
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs function and training/excellence needs, with at least 3-5 years within Medical Affairs or equivalent role.
- Prior clinical development/operations experience, whilst not essential, would be an advantage
- Adult learning education or training experience, including design, delivery and evaluation of learning platforms preferred. Previous experience with LMS is a strong asset.
- Project management experience in a clinical or medical affairs setting preferred
- Exemplary presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Able to effectively work and prioritize in a fast-paced, flexible and highly matrixed team-oriented environment
